What is a Plan of Action(POA)?

A Plan of Action is a unique and specific treatment plan for an individual who requires further appointments, check-ins and medicinal products for their medical condition. A Plan of Action gives patients a specialized doctor, specific to their needs, who will assess the condition, prescribe medicine and set up follow-up appointments to monitor or progress treatments.

A plan of action may last from 4 days to as long as necessary for a complete treatment. Plan of Actions are available for all types of cases, if they are needed, and costs accordingly to the supplies and appointments needed. The price range usually revolves around an additional $20 - $150 dollars to the cost for the initial appointment.

Video Communications

The only equipment needed for Healthex medical appointments are a device that has internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. Healthex is versatile in that we use a variety of video communication services to meet with our patients as according to their needs. This includes our partnerships with Zoom and Healthex's own video communication service on our app.

Outside of our video appointments, Healthex utilizes facial recognition technology to determine and diagnose diseases and conditions. This new technology uses pre-existing recognition technology from Facial ID to identify conditions without extensive testing, though it is recommended to undergo re-diagnosment. Additional online services include Healthex's mobile applications for Women's Health, Pills Reminder, and an overall Fitness app.
